  1. Susan Koshy says:

I am a beginner. Basic doubt – first fret – first finger, second fret – second finger, third fret – third finger, fourth fret – fourth finger. Does this mean fifth fret – first finger, sixth fret – second finger, and so on in the same sequence? Please explain. Thanks! P.S. Love the way you teach.

  2. Coleen Jane Omar says:

I have a second hand guitar and for some reason when I try to play the strings using a fret I can't get a sound and it feels tight but I believe I am not putting to much pressure on the string.

  3. russel from up says:

i just got a guitar today and i dont understand how i put my fingers on the threads correctly because for me it dosent make a noise when i use the pectrum thing

  4. George Moore says:

Hello Nate: I am A gentleman in my late 60's just starting to play guitar. I am having a hard time finding a guitar that I can play due to my arthritis in my hands. Are there any guitars made with wider nuts or frets that I can get to play, and or there any other techniques I can do to help me play. I enjoy Celtic Music.

  5. Bob Aldo says:

Why do all the newer acoustic guitars have nasty, bumpy, little frets instead of the smooth, wide, low frets that many guitars of yesteryear had that made sliding a bar chord up the neck a painless experience? It's either money or stupidity in my ever humble opinion.
