A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.

Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.

    I’m doing Noom as well! So far I like it a lot. I haven’t lost much weight yet, but I’ve seen lots of other benefits. It’s motivating. I love your idea of breaking up workouts. I struggle with getting them done because I am a wife and mom, and also returned to nursing school as a second career, and also work part time in a hospital. But I could do these little bits of exercise throughout the day! I love that idea!!

    Sleep is hard when you kids don’t sleep through the night. With my second child i gain so much weight. Im trying to lose the weight i do exercise everyday like 15 or 20 minutes my kids won’t let me do any longer.

    Emily thank you for this video. Often I think that if I don’t do a full on, proper workout then there’s “no point.” However, you are spot on when you said walk around while on the phone, do planks during commercials, etc. I’m going to implement these changes immediately. You weight loss is such an inspiration!!!

    I find what has helped me is telling myself it’s for a week then when I see and feel that difference from just one week I go another week then another and then it just becomes a lifestyle not a challenge/chore. I love these hacks and I will definitely look into the app it sounds great!

    I'm finallyyyyyyy getting exercise into my daily routine. I'm proud of myself. Next step is to eat healthier. We don't eat a lot of junk of processed food but we still have some room for improvement.
