The spelling of coMfortable makes me uncoMfortable. We have this rule in grammar Portuguese that we learn in our early years of school life: M for Mum goes before and ONLY: P for papa and B for baby… hehe

Cocorico c'est très clair. Merci Léa. Heu comment (pourrait- on) traduire cocorico en Anglais ? J'ai trop aimé et tu as réussi à m'encourager.

  4. Carmen dela Cruz says:

How hilarious to think that a former principal would insist on pronouncing 'target' and ''superintendent' as 'tar-jet' and — LOL crazy — 'shoo-per-intendent'. Worse, she got group head teachers to cascade these two words the way she pronounces it. Talk about imperialistic wayward English.

  5. Well ER says:

I like this video. It makes me grateful to teachers those days who taught me English language pretty well. I was grown up in a city colonised by Britain – Hong Kong. This video proves that their instructions were correct.

  6. Michael Castle says:

The most challenging aspect of reading or pronouncing English is the way the sounds have been put together on paper. Probably half of the words used in American English have a spelling that will lead a new speaker awry when learning the language. And then, you have Americans deliberately warping their language as they speak it, just for the fun of it.
