This workout is suitable…
– as the LAST WORKOUT of your leg day. Burn out those glutes and make sure it was a workout to remember haha.
– as a BOOTY ACTIVATION. This helps if you tend to feel your thighs more than your booty during leg day.
– if you like the 12min Grow Your Booty, 10min Booty Pump & 10min Bubble Butt workouts.
– if you have bad joints or knee pain
– if want to grow your bubble butt & therefore need to put a bigger focus on it

PS: THINK ABOUT YOUR BUTT MUSCLES. Imagine how they give you the strength for every movement. How they lift your hip on during a glute bridge, how you hold the imaginary piece of paper between the butt cheeks on your way down, etc. It makes a huge difference!

Adding a resistance band is definitely helpful to put more focus on the booty. I can especially recommend it, if you want to target the sides of your butt. In case you don’t have a booty band yet – don’t worry! You can still do this workout 🙂

If you need breaks – TAKE THEM! Don’t worry too much about that. You will improve over time 🙂 The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

    I'm really struggling with glute bridges. I make sure I have the right position, I squeeze when I go up and I really focus on lifting from my hips but I still only feel it in my quads, like my quads are burning and nothing in my butt. What am I doing wrong

    how do i prevent cramping in my hamstrings (back muscle of thighs) ? I didnt even use the booty band… and btw my legs and booty were still shaking like hell in the end

    been doing this one all week and didn't realize how week the back of my legs and the inside of my legs were! Can still only make it to minute 6 before I get too burned and have to stop! Hoping by next week I will be strong enough to finish this video!

    I've been using this as my booty activation for a week now. After a week I gain half an inch damn I'm so amazed and happy every pain are worth it. When I was starting out I only got that result after a month of following a program but now damn in just a week where I only workout for 5 days —4 days butt workout and 1 day for abs and upper workout.
