Will this reduce bulky leg muscle?
I need this to get a tighter grip on my dirt bike hope I get somewhere.
I tried many workouts with a lot a research before starting to it but this video I completely started just 'let's go with the video so I'll be updating NO DIET
DAY 1: once + 100 skips
DAY 2: twice + 100 skips
DAY 3: once + 500 skips
DAY 4: twice + 200 skips (I'm doing skips according to my mood)
DAY 5: twice + 300 skips
DAY 6 : once + 500 skips (keep your legs straight while exercise which will give you good burn)
