Great video and I enjoy the Q&A. My '89 HM Strat <———– has a 17" radius with a whisper-thin finish so it's satiny smooth. My American Standard Strats are 9.5". I play them all the same except for the extra reach of the 24-fret HM. I used to think it made a big difference but as I get older I don't really care.

Bernth, I love guitar books. I love Ultimateguitar.com because it has a metronome, loop and tabs. If you put together a book and included something like that I'd definitely buy it.
I tinkered with guitar a few times when i was a kid but i never got anywhere. Excellent youtube teachers like yourself would have helped immensely. I just picked up guitar again this September at age 48. I’ve gotten much further in these few months than i did when i was 16. With your instruction, i know i will stick with it this time and become a confident player. Thanks for developing and sharing your effective teaching style.
"Confidence"good question. 1-Start slow. 2-Try not to look at the fingerboard all the time [ to do this pre-structure your pattern]. 3- when performing face the crowd.That's how I got it. Before I leaned it I was kicked out of few bands. Now m happily retired.

I like the girth of a rounded schecter neck. Feels like I have a better grip on bar chords and it comfortably contours to my hand.

I don't know where this idea of thin necks being fast comes from. If you've got big hands, a thin neck quickly induces cramping. I've got big hands and fat fingers, so I like a nice fat (and wide = 45mm) neck. And very big frets.
If you watch Michael Angelo Batio shredding away, you'll notice he anchors his middle finger against the guitar. I wonder what you think of this.

I have a Question: After I started practicing some Hamer on and pull off exercises that I saw on your channel, my ring finger tends to shift down automatically. Is this witchcraft or arthritis? 🤔🤔😂😂

Check out some Kirk Hammet solos (he’s one of the greatest guitarist alive) like One or Blackened and practice them you’ll improve and be able to play faster ! Good luck !
