Hi! I was wondering how you handle notes that are out of range on the Kalimba (ones that you can't bump up or down because there is a wider range than 17 notes in the song). I have considered buying a 21 note kalimba to add a bit more. In the mean time, do you skip the note or maybe play the highest or lowest note you can? For example I tried EEEEE instead of EFEFE and it was almost, sort of, okay but substituting further notes, like from an A to E, will not work. I've even considered adding a sound board to the mix for important notes. Thank you for the video! Sorry for the long message!

Wow! That was cool to watch you write tablature! If I make my own song, does it always need a chorus? Does it always need a Bridge? How do I know when/where to put the chords to go along with the melody? Just when I’m humming and the melody goes higher, I would put a chord in the lower octive, etc? Love your teaching! Or maybe you could do another video that explains all this?
