    The longest infomercial in the world.. yet you look at Mark at 48 fit like a 30 year old and you've always admired his bodybuilding so part of you wants to buy this stuff because if its good for him its good for you… the bummer is if he doesn't even use this stuff

    What´s the point in living like that. I don´t get it. Specially considering that with 10 mins a week of proper HIT or superslow exercise you can get the same results.

    In June 1986, Wahlberg and three friends chased after three black children while yelling "Kill the n-word kill the n-word" and throwing rocks at them. In April 1988, Wahlberg assaulted a middle-aged Vietnamese-American man on the street, calling him a "Vietnam f'ing sh*t" and knocking him unconscious with a large wooden stick. In August 1992, Wahlberg fractured the jaw of his neighbor, Robert Crehan, in an attack. Court documents state that in 1992, Wahlberg "without provocation or cause, viciously and repeatedly kicked" Crehan in the face while another man, Derek McCall, held the victim on the ground. These are the reported incidents. Imagine how many went unreported or were settled out of court.

    The way he makes it out to be that strength training burns fat and make you lean is pure bullshit they never explain the Fact that you have to bulk up then cut down which takes a long time lmao I wish I could get buff and lose fat at the same time that’s the world I would want to live in

    I wake up every morning at 6 drink coffee and go to work. I come home at 6 too tired. This excercise is not for working people! Enjoyed the Vedio.

    sell that protein shake. i workout and eat hours later, no prob. i only eat food, no supps. my body still grows. look at a greek statue, they never used supps like we do.

    3-6 hours a week? Is all they have? I work 55 hours a week and can put 2-3 hours a day into working out. I’m a former smoker and alcoholic. I decided to change my life. If you really want it you’ll make time.
