Many thanks. I'm a 77 year old and you are making this so easy to follow. Keep up the great work. Very much appreciated.
    I am in Northern Ireland.

  2. Joe Lykins says:

Thank you from a 70 year old in Arizona. I'm a drummer and a fiddle player and decided I want to learn the guitar. I've been playing country music professionally for 55 years and needed a new challenge. Thanks so much!!!

  3. 1sagedog says:

Excellent video & audio quality. So many youtube videos have garbled sections. I also like the way you explain things in detail and don't talk down to viewers.

  4. clinton LeFort says:

Thank you! I started to learn the guitar and pretty much gave up, since it was so painful to learn the chords, but I had played the cello for many years. This series gives me hope that I can take up the guitar again and learn. Thanks.

  5. Marvin Waehler says:

Thanks a lot! Awesome video. Definitely gonna practice this. My problem is that I can't mute the 6th string with my thumb without my other fingers muting all the other strings. I feel like my hand is too small or is that just a practice thing as well? I tried the other variation as well, but that seems to be even tougher haha. Any advice there? Thanks. 🙂

  6. Ben Johnson says:

Man thank you so much for the way you explain everything. I've been trying to play acoustic guitar for several years and have had to learn mostly on my own because I could only understand pieces of what people were trying to tell me. You very patiently and thoroughly explain things without assuming us watching have ever strummed an instrument. – Grasshopper
